What the waitlist collects
The Mayaq waitlist collects your email address and limited acquisition context such as campaign tags, page locale, and the referring site hostname. It does not store your raw IP address in the waitlist table.
How it is used
We use this information only for Mayaq early-access communication, beta invitations, and understanding which launch channels are useful. Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter.
Storage and analytics
Waitlist records are stored in the Mayaq production database with browser access disabled. Your email address is not sent to product analytics or published as a waitlist count.
Retention
The Mayaq operator reviews inactive waitlist records after 24 months. Invalid, unsubscribed, and deleted records are removed when they are no longer needed for the early-access purpose or a legal obligation.
Your choices
Every early-access email will provide a way to unsubscribe. You may request deletion or ask a privacy question using the form below. The request is stored securely for manual review, and Mayaq verifies the email address before changing or deleting data.
